This is the story of a little robot known as Pinocchio 3000 whose greatest wish is to become a real boy. The year is 3000. Geppetto, with the help of his faithful assistant, Spencer the cyber penguin, and by the holographic fairy Cyberina, creates Pinocchio, a prototype superrobot equipped for emotions. But before he can be given a heart and become a real boy, Cyberina insists that Pinocchio learn the difference between right and wrong.

Lonely toy-maker Gepetto always longed for a son, one day a wooden puppet he created comes to life through the intervention of a fairy godmother. But in order for Pinocchio to become a real boy, he must go out in the world and learn some valuable lessons from some rather shifty characters.

Segments: “Once Upon a Wintertime,” two lovers recued from an icy river by friendly animals; “Bumble Boogie,” bee beset by musical instruments and symbols come to life; “Johnny Appleseed,” story of the legendary pioneer tree-planter; “Trees,” mood piece set to musical treatment of Joyce Kilmer’s poem; “Little Toot,” story of a heroic little tugboat who saves an ocean liner; “Blame it on the Samba,” Donald Duck and Jose Carioca have the blues blown away at a Latin cafe; “Pecos Bill,” story of the legendary cowpoke, his trusty mount Widowmaker and his sweetheart Slue Foot Sue.

Upon arriving in Austria, Caroline meets her father and his crew, which include the ubiquitous director’s assistant Marcus, the irascible sound manager Steven, and the aged, gentle special effects manager Otto. These, among others, have come to Austria to make the film against the backdrop of a long-historied castle. While exploring this castle, Caroline meets and befriends a boy called Lakob and his dog Hannibal; who in turn introduce her to the castle’s community of ghosts. These ghosts are variously the animated memories of the castle’s deceased inhabitants or spirits of the nearby forest.

The Seven Dwarves live deep within a female-free-zone of the Enchanted Forest, but they cannot resist the innocent charms of Snow White when she enters their world. So when the evil queen (Nina Hagen) abducts her, it is up to the dwarves to save her life.

Four girls discover a primitive hidden village where everybody falls asleep and all children are gone.

On Christmas Eve, Pooh and the gang finds one of Santa’s reindeer tangled in a string of jingle bells. Fearing that Santa won’t be able to deliver presents without his reindeer, they set off to return the deer to the North Pole. When they get stranded, they build shelter to spend the night, and learn that the spirit of Christmas is all about being together.

When a sleigh bell mysteriously falls from the sky, pure-hearted Princess Crystal is determined to prove it came from one of Santa’s reindeer. Together, she and her sister, Princess Lucinda, set off on a daring journey to the North Pole to find Santa Claus. Along the way, the royal duo must work together to outrun hungry, wild beasts, outwit greedy pirates and try to keep three sneaky court penguins from stealing their parents throne. Celebrates friendship, family and the most wonderful time of the year.

Live-action segments show members of the Disney staff touring South America and recording their impressions in sketches. These segue into four animated sections: “Lake Titicaca” depicts tourist Donald Duck’s troubles with a stubborn llama; “Pedro” tells of a little mail plane’s adventures flying over the treacherous Andes; “El Gaucho Goofy” transplants an American cowboy into the Argentine pampas; and in “Aquarela do Brasil,” Jose Carioca shows Donald the sights and sounds of Rio de Janiero.
